Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager at Lyka Packaging Pvt. Ltd. The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible to tap the complete potential of Lyka Packaging, by optimising its sales among the existing customers, converting identified key enquiries and diversifying existing product portfolio, ultimately to achieve the set annual turnover target in a stipulated time frame. It also comes under the Marketing Manager's responsibility to study the market and come up with a proposition for certain new projects the company has in its immediate future plans. The role is based in Kochi, with flexibility for remote work.

Remuneration

Negotiable with qualifications and experience 

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience in marketing
• Experience in the B2B model is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
